Hey Pam! Your latest book is your best so far! I've really enjoyed the others too. I just love to hear all those stories and I have nothing but love and respect for these ladies because they have been my inspiration for 35 years on stage! Lord, the tales I could tell, but can't!! You ladies are indeed the reason we pick up our guitars and drumsticks. Keep up the good work and we'll see y'all at the show!

In the summer of '90, I was 19 years old and loved to spend my afternoons reading I'm With the Band - I couldn't put it down!
Your tales of freedom, excitement, love and heartbreak led me to A.) Quit my stinking job. B.) Move to SoCal. I've never regreted either of those choices and it was you who inspired me and gave me the courage to go for it Thank you!

I am just starting to read your book "I am with the band". I am curious to read your experiences of being a rock-groupie of the 60's and 70's. Actually I don't like the word "groupie" as it has a negative touch and perhaps because it doesn't speak for my experiences (the naughty ones) with rockstars as they were unplanned and unexpected and happened very much by chance all the time. One thing is for clear: They still rock! Even in 2008! They seem just a bit wiser and older!
